TomTom just announced that it will be helping Children in Need, by offering the voices of Terry Wogan, Alan Dedicoat (the National Lottery’s Voice Of The Balls), Radio 2’s Sally “Traffic” Boazman and Lynn Bowles, the BBC’s Welsh traffic reporter.

Now Navtones, who produce these voice overs for TomTom, have introduced another star to the party – Sex and the City stunner Kim Cattrall, better known as her character Samantha Jones. Ms. Cattrall will be offering navigation instructions in her breathy voice to TomTom navigation device owners, and adding “some spice to the ride, allowing drivers a fun and unforgettable journey,” according to TomTom.

Of course we couldn’t rely on Samantha Jones to only give out traditional voice instructions, and true to form, the New York actress offers further lines throughout your journey in the style of her sultry character. She will offer you advice; “This is the city, darling. Anything goes” or scold you when you go the wrong way; “Don’t touch my Manolos!”.
